I had a disappointing experience with TopSpot Realty. They charged me $80 for what they claimed was a solid lead—a seller ready to list their home. However, when I contacted the seller, they told me they weren’t planning to sell for at least six months to a year. This was completely misleading, and I feel like I wasted my money.

I don’t want others to fall into the same trap. Honest and transparent business practices are crucial in real estate, and unfortunately, I did not experience that with TopSpot Realty.
