TotalAV.com AFTER I quit, they gave me a free month, and because I did not quit to that {I didn't know} they began charging me through paypal, for nearly a year before I found out. Then they "generously" refunded me the upcoming charge.! And paypal is worthless in customer service, so no help there.

According to their own records, I told them that I wanted nothing to do with their product "what so ever". Their response to that was to give me one free month. Because I did not quit a second time {I did not know!!} they "re-enrolled" {MY quotes} and charged me every month since. When I contacted them, they credited me with the LAST charge...!
