Envios Tu Plata picked up my merchandise in Ft Mayer after a monht of phone calls and complains they finally sent it, shippment was incomplete and damage.

They are not taking any responsibility for the damage items, they want me arrenge pick up at their location for the other half that they claim to have, but this was not the original agrement I paid in full for this shippment.
