UB WEST LIES ABOUT WHO THEY ARE Sandy UTAH

It's obvious to me this one guy who is running this small collection agency is claiming to be a utility company. He has various reviews on the web all citizens are complaining about being financilly ripped off. The numbers are not correct when it comes to cost vs usage.  I have to agree with them. Its a very suspicious situation. I live an apartment complex that is using this collection agency to "help them pay their bills" those are the words from the regional manager Young at the Villa Apts.  Over all its an okay place to live, but frankly for it being a senior complex its a financial burden to pay $1800 dollars for 700 sqaure foot of space to live in. $1500 FOR 600 Square foot of space.  How are people suppose to live, seriously?

I moved from one unit to the next and it turned out to be a problem when Edison shut my service off instead of changing it. I have no problem paying only what I owe but this management company first of all starts demanding dollars without providing proof of usage and complete break down. I only asked numerous times.  They expect me to be satisfied with a phat bill and no information.  Several times I asked for Steve the manager and he is rarely on site and when I do get him he plays games with the same excuse, "I just got back". He is too young and to inexperienced to be a property manager. I truly believe they have him in here because this place caters to the koreans who dominate the property.  Actually they dominate most of the geogrpahical areas in this part of the county.

So all these months I have asked for a break down which I still haven't recieved from Edison or management. I paid the last three months of light bill and yet I was told last Friday by the leasing manager, my bill has gone from $71 dollars to now $116 dollars WOW... I guess over looking I pay Edison for lights the last couple of months is not of concern to them, they are racking it up and UB WEST IS AT FAULT FOR IT ALL.

Supposedly this guy is ROCKER FELLAR and pays all electricty, then gives it to the Villa and tells them what they have to collect, and pay him its very scandalous and suspicious.

Edison told me this property is only charged $10 per month when a unit is empty, how easy that would be for UB WEST to scam the tenants and get our bills to pay for those empty units without us knowing. Which in fact I do believe that is whats happening.  The manager Steve has nothing to say, he really doesn't care, between corporate and the front office the staff spends a lot time gossiping about tenants. 

Recently I noticed on the my tenant profile several of management was lying indicating comments of calling me about collecting the light bill, when its to be paid to Edison, that was all a lie and when I questioned them, they had nothing to say.   Living here has been a rip off with high rent for Seniors, basically tenants pay all personal property insurance which collects interest in the owners bank accounts and all utilities but no measuring of how much water each unit is using. Most of the time tenants don't have to pay for water or trash because owners get kick backs and free bees from the cities and counties making a deal.

Its all weaved into the rent. This is how corporations get away with profiting from consumers as we pay for everything including everyones HIGH salaries. I am sick of the CORPORATE GREED!!!!

Plus every year the rent goes up $50 dollars, this is why its has a very high turn over. People don't stay that long. At this point I am disgusted and staff is not trust worthy using a FRAUD company like UB WEST is only a benefit to them in skimming.
