uKnead Health uKnead Massage Chair Will not issue a credit for returned item Irvine CA
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased the uKnead hand massager and was immediately charged $66.30 on May 21, 2020. I have called and sent at lease 8 emails requesting they issue credit. uKnead has chosen to keep my money instead of returning my money. Seems to me that is theft. If I stole something I would have to face consequences.
Guess if you hide behind a corporate name, you can get away with cheating people out of their hard earned money And uKnead if you would like to investigate, see order no. 10480. I have proof of delivery that it was received by your company on August 11 at 4:53 p.m. signed for by AW. Shame on you for keeping my money.
