Union Bricklayers Jerry Gondek, union rep for Bricklayer's, local 7 Denver Colorado did not go after United Masonry LLC / Gabriel Palcic when Palcic did not pay my benefit package for March of 2021, my last month of employment with United Masonry LLC. I was paid up to date with my dues, Gondek actually testified on behalf of Palcic, and lied about not seeing my pay stubs, I have proof that I sent my pay stubs to him, I have proof that I worked in March of 2021 that my benefits were not paid.
