He lied to the Colorado Labor Board, and said that he did pay the benefit package. His own documents prove that he did not. I'm 76 years old and started working when I was 16, this is the first and only employer that did not send me a W-2. This benefit package Is one that I paid taxes on. He is no longer an LLC, due to lack of payment. I am a senior citizen and have 100% proof when I started and quit this employer. I have documents / emails asking for my benefits to be paid. My union rep was of no help, kept telling me to wait, then in the end, said I waited to long, even though I called him every month.
