UTS fraudulently claimed that MSL double brokered a load but failed to provide proof.  MSL has provided more than adequate evidence such as GPS tracking for pickup and delivery. Not to mention the signed bill of lading by the receiver listing Main Street as the carrier. When MSL produces supporting documents to the court, a bill of lading will speak for itself. If the receiver has CCTV footage then we will have our driver Nate that delivers the load on Tuesday provide a deposition and logs for the delivery.  

During my conversation with Mark, after several attempts requesting him to allow me to speak, I reiterated that his arrogant, rude treatment of MSL's personnel is unacceptable. Having a 2021 truck breaking down is the last thing anyone wants, having drivers waiting for days on the repairs. MSL records all phone conversations for quality purposes and for matters such as this. I'm surprised that our team didn't hang up on Mark during the calls.

MSL filed a lawsuit against parties on the bill of lading with additional collection fee, detention, layover due to the receiver not unloading the truck for four days as outlined in our Tariff.

Do not use their services as they scam carriers.
