I had seventeen orders go through successfully, and then suddenly they stopped responding to any contact. They keep charging me after I cancelled, never sent packages, and also never answered emails or online chat. I have yet to receive any updates and my bank has sided with them, despite my bank also telling me they are "known scammers in their database of suspicious businesses". Additionally, they have no visible contact information other than the email their chat service goes to (which isn't answered). Even with serious digging, I could not find any address or phone number associated with this business.
