First, I'd like to say nothing happen wth USPS in Bayville or Ocean Gate, It's USPS in general around USA.  People are great!! They work fast and very hard. Problems with distribution center  wich been  added to the conpany who holds live plants and other stuff for a long time. I buy plants in Texas and received the package within 3 days, why if I ship my plants, it takes 12 days for the buyer to receive them? All my clients are upset and give me a low rating.

What's going on? Is it possible to work better? Please do something. That job is unacceptable I place sticker Fragile And I see how worker dropped the package, please be careful, sticker for you too guys . I know you can refund the money if Priority package . Buyers said shipping is too expensive, so we ship by first class is  plants. But keep plants for 12 days in hot weather??

What are you thinking? Let us work. What do we have now: We are loozing the money and low rating for the saller. How do you feel? You don't care it's bad!! Maybe seller take a lawyer and sue the company for a $100.000 dollars for all pain and loses? Do you really want it?

Plants I talking about in that report and pictured was shipped by priority mail. I don't ask about first class now.

The following tracking number(s) is not eligible for a refund: 9405508205497970637271.
There are not any refundable extra services purchased on this label:  9405508205497084446349

I have more numbers. How come? What's going on? How to explain that??

The only RipOff here is the one you are causing yourself. The reason it is taking so long is because you are shipping it 1st Class not 2-3 Day Priority Mail. You appear to only want to pay for 1st class, but want "Priority" Service.

As a business person YOU define the shipping terms. Indicate you only ship by Priority Mail, if they balk at the cost explain that there is no guarantee with First Class and you don't want the plants to die. If they refuse then let them go somewhere else, as it does you no good to ship something cheaply and have it arive dead. The customer is NOT always right.

The other option is to pack your plants better for extended shipping times.  Of course that will likely add to your weight and shipping costs.

Your other choice is to raise the cost of your products to absorb the increased cost in shipping.
