VedaPulse Biokvant Ltd They essentially stole the money I paid them, what I got was defective, when I asked for a refund they lied to me and my credit card CO. Deceptive, Dishonest company Novosibirsk Russian Federation

My dispute is about defective software from the VedaPulse Company, it is also about the terrible customer service. I received the VedaPulse device fairly quickly but, I did not get access to the online software until weeks after that because they needed paperwork resent that I had already sent them.

Once I got access to the training software until the time I asked for a was less than 2 weeks which is their deadline for getting a refund. I complained about the software not working the entire time! I provided their management and my credit card company with e-mails showing them that this had occured, and they ignored me.

The bottom line is that the VedaPulse training software was OUTDATED (by their own admission) and did not function, it was defective and was not as advertised. I requested a refund (as stated) during the first 2 weeks that I actually had access to the software but was refused. I also asked for a return address to send the device back to and was again refused. When a dispute was filed with the credit card company, the reps at VedaPulse lied and said I had not complained about the defective software. This is consumer fraud, and after contacting the company a half a dozen times regarding the refund...they have not responded or have refused to return the initial payment.

I provided VedaPulse proof that they owed me a refund but was ignored. They cheated me, and apparently are not interested in making this right. This is the issue with doing business with companies outside the US. If there is a issue, and the company isn't honest, you can forget about getting your money back. Even if you bought the product using a credit card (which is supposed to protect you...BTW my CC company was Chase Visa.

They have not contacted me since this happened, I just want to make sure that it doesn't happen to anyone else.
