Worked for 8 months; was promised payment by December 2018 was never paid. Owner now says I volunteered my time. What are contracts for? She just doesn't understand your word is your bond and intergrity. We had a contract!
She expects to get paid for her writing and books; sometimes she wants it up front. I went the extra mile because of our friendship.
No one works on a 24 hour bases as a Executive Personal Assistant and doesn't expect some type of compensation .

There was never a contract between Ms. Allen. She pulled paperwork off the internet to see what that position would pay. She volunteered her services. Not only to me but to my husband church as well. She took me to court in which she was to give me back my property or pay my Company $10,000. The judge asked serveral times to show a contract between us.
I do believe that Ms. Allen is a celebrity seeker. She claims to be a friend. If so a friend would not have me in court mediation or even the Labor Broad. When you are employeed with a company you must submit your DL., SScard, show proof of diplomas or even degrees and a background check. None of these items were submitted to my company for employment.
In this society people have the right to their opinion.. That does not bother me. The fact that you think you can continue to put me down or my company does not bother me. I have employees that have submitted the necessary documents in order to be apart of my company. As well as they are provided contracts with me and my company.
I take my company very seriously and the personal that are employed with us. They do the work which is not copied by someone else hard work. I want people to know that i take my company very seriously. I have proven that in court and will continue to prove it. It is very sad that a person who claims to be a woman of God with all of these so-called members cannot provide the documents in order to have a job with our company.
At this point i feel that this would not be a good relationship. Ms. Allen i wish you well but return my items that belong to my company. Once again you volunteered your services and you did not do all that you stated. So if there are real serious people out there that they feel that help our company grow more please in contact with us.
We will require certain documents in order to be considered. If anyone wants to see the court order please contact me. Thank you for giving our company the opportunity to show the truth about this situation. Thank you. God Bless you all.
