Victory Tax Solutions is the name of the company posing as Tax Experts They took my money, but never did anything! They string you along and promise to approach the IRS and State Taxing Authorities, but there is no evidence that they did a single thing EXCEPT TAKE MY MONEY. Stay clear of this organization. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM

Money Refunded & State Issue Resolved

Mr. Uria came to us and took several months to pay the investigation fee in full. However, because he was in dire straights, we took a chance on him and began work. Please understand that we began work without a resolution payment from Mr. Uria. We worked with his promise to pay us for services rendered. His state resolution was completed immediately once he provided the requested documentation. Again, without a resolution payment, we completed Mr. Uria’s state resolution. The completion of the state resolution was communicated to Mr. Uria, and we are fully prepared to prove the completion of the state resolution. We did not work on the federal resolution because he failed to provide payment for federal work to be done.
Mr. Uria was upset and wanted a refund. We immediately sent out a refund check but with his address changing he initially never recieved it. We therefore sent out another to the correct address and provide proof below of the refund.
Please note that we have refunded Mr. Uria in full even though the investigation was completed, a contract was signed, and a resolution was completed. Mr. Uria cashed our refund check.
Calling us a scam is unfair to not only our company but the employees who work day and out helping people get their tax problems resolved. If anyone was scammed it was us. After refunding Mr. Uria his money, we effectively did a state resolution for free.
We NEVER HAVE taken someone's money without doing work for them. If a mistake is made, a refund is always given.

This is only one document that Victory Tax Solutions sent me... and is PROOF that I was a client.
They have submitted a rebuttal to my original claim filing of their fraudent services and they had the audacity to claim that I wasn't a client.
Well, here is the form they sent me when I asked for a refund....indicating my client number AND showing that they promised to send me a refund.
It is amazing the lengths to which ScamArtists will go to discredit innocent people like myself who are only trying to pay for some professional assistance.

I was a paying customer for 6 months.
The fact that this company tries to claim that I wasn't a customer is a testament to their deceptive practices.
I have the documentation and emails back and forth with their promises, but they never delivered anything.
They would RARELY return calls, numerous attempts to find out where my case stood in the process AND THEY WOULD ONLY CALL BACK TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY....AND GIVE EMPTY PROMISES WITH ZERO RESULTS.
I warn ANYBODY AND EVERYBODY ....DO NOT send/pay them any money.
I paid them close to $1,000 and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
I never received any correspondence from either the IRS or the California Franchise Tax Board.
They promise A LOT, ask for money...and deliver nothing.
I waited for months and months for some indication that they had done SOMETHING in terms of approaching the taxing authorities and I never received any correspondence from either that feds or the state taxing authorities with regard to my cases.
