I purchased a brand new Vigo VG6042CL60 pivot shower door, and it has been leaking from the door seals since it was installed by a Licensed Contractor on 9/11/24. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service, and have complied with there suggestions, which was to apply some silicone, which should never be a fix to a brand new door. To no avail, I attempted this, and the seals still leak. I realize this is going nowhere, and I am on my own with this issue. I'm just trying to protect anyone else from making a poor decision, and purchasing from this company, that offers no resolve.
