We made our reservation well in advance online. Our cruise was set to sail 04/28/2019. In March, our son became sick and passed away in April. On 04/23/2019 I contacted Jennifer at VIP Indoor Cruise Parking and was told we would receive a refund via check.

I have called and emailed several times for two months. I have received no contact or refund from the company since I cancelled my reservation.
