The staff that run the Geraldine King Center located at 131 E 700 S Salt Lake City Utah, allow mental patients from the Provo State Hospital to roam the halls, unmedicated, screaming profanity, and pulling out their hair. They allow drug addicts, high on PCP, to threaten elderly women, that should be in convalescent homes. 

The place is dangerous. Many of the women look like witches. See video of witches laughing like demons in the bathroom on YouTube. Kim, a Tasmanian Devil, on meth, terrorize the staff and residents with verbal abuse and violence. The elderly women should be in convalescent homes, as they can't take care of themselves. They urinate on the floor.
