Vortex Filtration Kenneth Gardner Stole $1000 Without Doing Any Work Banning, California

Vortex Filtration did an install on my well water system back in 2016.  The former owner has since passed away and I thought his partner Kenneth (Ken) Gardner would be reputable person to work with when it came time to service my system.  He came out to the house and looked at the system.  Said that he had to purchase the materials and asked that I give him $1000 cash up front.  Since I had done business with the company years back I didn't think twice about it.  Now, over a month later I have been given every excuse under the sun of why he hasn't made it back out but will be coming the next day or two.  Never shows up and then has another reason why.  This person will promise everything and deliver on nothing.  Do not do business with him, he is a scam.
