This company refused to cover a part that is covered as per contract. This company came up with some reason not to cover. I have the contract that states the timing chain is covered . They refused coverage.

These extended service contracts are written such that there are a million loop holes for the provider to use to deny coverage. That is the basis of their business...collect as many premiums as possible and pay out as little as possible. Secondly, I don't know if you bought this BMW used but here are the facts of life....used BMW'S have a very high repair frequency and are very expensive to fix. This is the exact reason, reputable car dealers will not stock them. Their owners complain about the costs. Finally, I read contracts all day every day. I have NEVER seen one in which service was denied with the reason being "SOME". What was the exact reason they gave? The person did not say "We're denying this claim for some reason" What was that reason????
