I rented a car in São Paulo through this company. The local office gave me a much higher price and tried to force me into it given the circumstances.

I called them, they couldn't talk to them and in the end I refused to pay more and found a better deal the next day. They keep refusing to refund telling me that they contacted the Brazilian company. Like that was mg problem to solve their relations with their suppliers who won't even get back to them.
