Purchased a smoke-fire grill with a 90 day money back guarantee and a warranty guarantee. They kept making excuses as the grill broke down three times. They sent a lighting plug they sent a fan, then they sent a new motor.

This thing keeps breaking down, it burst into flames and burnt my hand. They keep giving me the runaround it looks like a refurbished grill. There is no one that answers the phone at the corporate office they just fired their CEO and no one ever gives you their real name.
