Western outfitting and mule company Seth chase Sold me a horse for 5K that was to be a safe trail horse for a Sr rider that can’t be caught or ridden and is extremely terrified and dangerous Magdalena New Mexico

Bought this horse for a safe mountain trail horse.
He is terrified of everything. He won't leave his stall, blows up at the slightest thing first ride he tried to buck me off. He can't be ridden. Can't be caught. after being asked twice for a bill of sale, he never gave me one.
Won't answer my phone calls or emails. Seth Chase is a horrible swindler. Shame on me for trusting this man. $5,000 for a horse I can't ride.

Please test your horse for EPM. I have one from Seth who tested positive also and I saw a Report here of another horse from him who also tested positive. All the symptoms you are describing could be neurological due to inflammation from transport stress. My horse from him has really come around with treatment for the EPM and inflammation.
