WigSis.com I purchased a wig. Didn't look like it was pictured. They will not refund, even though they have a refund policy. They won't let me send wig back or refund money.

I purchased a wig from a website that gave a picture of the wig. They have a return policy if you contact them by e-mail (support@wigservice.com) which, I did the day the wig came in to let them know that the wig did not look like the picture. I was also, not even the same color as what was pictured.

The keep telling me not to send the wig back and that they will give me 10USD back or to send them a little bit more money and they will send me another wig to satisfy me and I keep emailing them back to let them know I do not want another wig back that I do not even like.

All they are giving me is a run-around. I,ve not had this problem before so do not know who can help me.
