William Lane Architect DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - HE NEEDS TO BE IN PROSECUTED!!!! STOLE Approximately $60,000 Horrible person and worst attitude I certainly will never recommend it. He uses some references from Miami Beach city to makes appointments with homeowners then pressures them into signing a "contract" to demand an outrageous "retainer" that you'll never see again. Sub contractors and ex-employees said Bill Lane hadn't paid them in months and threatened them with lawsuits for asking.
