Sometime during the fall of 2022 or spring of 2023, William Salka, who is in charge of academics, permitted the public to apply to a degree program (Nursing) which had not been approved by his university or statewide authorities (the governing board). More than 30 individuals applied and placed deposits to join a program which effectively did not exist.

This unethical approach meant that an applicant who turned down other opportunities could end up with nothing if the Nursing program was never approved.

This is a highly unethical way to run a university. It boils down to fraudulent representation of what the university offers.
