Winter Shelter Network Homeless Abuse/Scam Colorado

Winter Shelter Network houses displaced women and children during the winter months form sever weather conditions and homelessness. They provide resources specific primarily to the Douglas County Area but can refer to other organizations. Meaning, they seriously know how to do nothing else than to give resources that lead nowhere all towards the end of paying an outrageous rent and basically contributing the f**king machine that needs to be shut down known as “Human Services.” They are not a DV shelter-no matter how much they may claim to be, their only purpose is to provide shelter and resources for the winter months. They may house people fleeing DV but, it’s not their dominating policy. As the story below will most definitely show. 

They set it up by sending you to a different church every night of the week from October 1st to April 1st making you drive around to every location if you have a car and will chauffer you if you don’t have one but don’t expect to be treated kindly for needing it. And even though its specifically for homeless women and children, its only for Douglas County residents or people working there. Nevermind the fact that these people barely house over maybe five to seven people a night. Versus other places that house dozens and more. Check in is at five o’ clock at each church every night and has to be reserved in advance on top of needing notification if you are going to be late. And if you so much as miss two night reservations you are out of the program or any other “offenses,” not related to criminal activity. And for those coming in late from work or other things, you can expect attitude from Bible thumping idiots in the only way that Bible thumpers can do.

Here are the churches that facilitate this: 

-Cherry Hills Community Church: 3900 Grace Blvd. Highlands Ranch, Co. 

-Church of the Rock: 4881 Cherokee Dr. Castle  Rock, Co. 

-Joy Lutheran Church- 7051 E, Parker Hills Ct, Parker, CO

-Grace Chapel: 8505 S Valley Hwy. Englewood, Co.

-Southeast Christian: 9650 Jordan Rd. Parker, Co. 

-Crossroads Church: 9900 Twenty Mile rd. Parker, Co.

Here is what you can expect during your stay: 

-Literally talking about how they actually believe the devil moves literal objects to hide from them and its “God” and his “divine right and power” that puts them back for them to find. And then have the balls to try and tell the homeless they house to “ get a job.” When you’re as mindless as that, any job can be done. 

-Serves expired food and drinks. As if the homeless really want that worthless s**t. 

-Rushes them out the door at the break of dawn. Sure can be keen on giving a place to stay for the night but get them out the door fast enough. Devil is in the details.

-“You’ve got half an hour.” “Get your lunch.” “You got the bags?” Do I need to elaborate further? 

-Can harass you about getting up but cry out to God and Heaven almighty when you finally tell them to back the f**k off with the indestructible power of subliminal messaging. Yeah. Never mind the fact that God is a human construct.

-f**king close the door in your face when you arrive early for the shelter and then tell you “that’s just the way it is.” 

-Tries to spread Bible thumping idiocy worse than the Corona Virus spreads. 

-Sure can punish for every want and whim but everything the church does is swept under the rug because it’s all in the name of “Jesus Christ is Lord.” 

-Thumping idiocy so bad you will need to sacrifice your clothes to Lilith just to be cleansed. And screech “hallelujah!” Just from the freedom.

This takes the crowning glory:

Parker United Methodist Church. 

“PUMC is a part of the Winter Shelter Network that houses displaced women and children during the winter months from severe weather and other circumstances.

March 13, 2019 was the subject of a bomb cyclone of severe wind, snow and ice weather creating what would could only be described as a Day After Tomorrow. The storm was so bad that Interstate 70 was closed from Tower rd to the Kansas state line.

Multiple pile ups were reported and loads of cars left in the shoulders of interstates all over the city, conditions were so bad. PUMC had pledged to stay open the night of March 13, 2019 in order to give its charges a place to stay. You have to go to a different church every night while being in WSN.

I was at my school Colorado Technical University during the morning and was headed to PUMC for shelter as was discussed with the WSN and the other charges that morning as well as the night before. PUMC stated adamantly they would be open no matter what.

I got stuck in two snow drifts just driving to PUMC. I made it to the church despite it in a two seater smart car with rear wheel drive. I have been homeless for the last 18 months and have all of my possessions in my car. If anything happens to it, my future is over.

I made it to the church and went to go inside expecting people to be there to find the church was empty but the door coincidentally open to my relief cause I no doubt would have frozen and my car would have been stranded.

Only to find out that PUMC chickened out at the last minute despite promising to be open and tried to act as if that was always the plan. WSN tried to blame me for “not checking my phone promptly” and backtracked by saying “they had no idea the storm was going to be this bad.”

Despite already knowing how bad the weather was actually going to be the night before. Keli and Merari of WSN and on behalf of PUMC tried to claim that sending a text to everyone announcing at the last minute the change in plans was enough to cover for the snow.

And then took it one step further in saying I was somehow in the wrong for calling them out for being nothing but unreliable bible thumping idiots who can do nothing but act like chicken s**t when push comes to shove and its time to measure up to what you pledged. I was told that I should watch my attitude if I expect to get any help.

They tried claiming I couldn't stay at PUMC even with cyclone weather because an empty church with heat is somehow going to crumble overnight if a homeless person stays in to keep out of the cold. As if your f**king pillars are more precious than human life.

And because these idiots were to f*cking scared of wind and snow to nut the f*ck up and actually follow through on everything they said they were going to do.

They again act like nothing but f*cking worthless a*s cowards just as they did before and try to use my anger as the culprit and the problem for all of this. All because of they ended up getting called out by the people who actually stuck to their word and made it like they said were going to do (meaning Me).

When its nothing but WSN and PUMCs fault for being nothing but unreliable cowards incapable of sticking to anything they commit too.

Keli and Merari even tried threatening me with canceling the Lyft they had arranged to get me out of PUMC if I didn't cull my attitude and keep quiet about what they just tried to f*cking pull. In Cyclone weather.

To a homeless veteran displaced by unfortunate circumstances. Trapped in horrendous weather conditions when simply making an exception for the night would have bypassed this completely.

And to think, they seriously expected me to be quiet about this. And you all think your Jebbus would somehow approve of this? Since you all love to believe your Jebbus speaks through you, how do you know it wasn't Him who left that door open for me? Knowing I would need it because he could obviously see just what you all intended to do. Don't think Jebbus would have had a problem with it. Ignorant a*s f*cks. Consider this you all kissing my a*s with flying colors.”

-The kicker to this? Kelli and Merari both tried to tag team me after posting and exposing this event that nearly ended my life and for “divulging information” that could “potentially harm other women running from DV.”When there had actually been no women there like that at all the entire time I was there. They “banned” me from the WSN less than three days before the actual program ended claiming “breach of contract!!!” When it’s plain you all brought it on yourself. You shouldn’t be surprised when someone bits back after pulling your worthless bullshit when you only had one job to do. 

-The most telling part? Nearly a year after this program my mother ended up fleeing from an actual DV situation. Not one that was made up. I have a restraining order against her for other reasons but I chose to help her when no one else would. One of those people that did that, just happen to be Merari. Claiming that “because she didn’t live in or work in Douglas County she wasn’t eligible.” When just a short year before that, in a desperate situation, they certainly had no problem accepting me. A person who was not a Douglas County Resident. Yeah, in reprisal-again-Merari had to deny a DV victim access to a safe shelter simply because of an association. Regardless, if you actually mean to help somebody-you help them. Instead of acting like you think you are helping them.
