Ordered item and got ORDER confirmation but never SHIPMENT confirmation, yet the date says 5/13/2020. NEVER RECEIVED!! When I notified online to a no responsive automated system the arrival date changed to 5/28/2020, with no accurate tracking information!

why should I be waiting over a month for 3 items that came as one?! For over a month?!! They are a hoax!!!! No wonder there are NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE...They know they are part of a scam!
