BEWARE OF THIER BAIT AND SWITCH SELLING PRATICES !! They will not provide any pricing for each parcel and change the pricing when prospective buyers arrive. I have requested pricing for this reason and they blatantly refuse.

They advertise one thing and change everything when you arrive for you showing. They claim the parcel you were interested in just sold and head you to something else that is more money. They refuse to apply the advertised discounts.
