PSA: Avoid Woosender! Their so-called AI services are a fraud.

They demand a 3-month cancellation notice and continue to charge $1000/month even after numerous cancellation attempts.

No phone support, just useless Zoom calls. We've been scammed out of $13,000. Save your money and sanity!

If you canceled, why didn't you see they were continuing to charge on a monthly basis up to the $13,000 level??? Let me guess...you don't even bother to keep written records of the debits and you don't even bother to balance the account on a monthly basis. If YOU would have been properly monitoring the checking or credit card account, YOU would have caught the deductions after the FIRST DEDUCTION after cancellation and then YOU could havevput a stop to any future debits by contacting you bank! Again, no financial common sense! How do you know there aren't any other bogus deductions from other sources? You don't even keep records nor check the account regularly like ON A DAILY BASIS! Now you come here to cry and whine because you allowed this to go on due to your lack of oversight! Absolutely amazing! First, you don't have the COMMON SENSE to manage your own account and then it's the All American Blame Game as you blame them because YOU could have and should have caught this. Quite hilarious!
