User Review By Randy A. Topton, NC September 23, 2022 spacer. Beware!! This company is a fraud. They tied my property up & were NEVER prepared to close. Initially, they offered to buy my house -cash offer. However, they never deposited the $500 earnest money with the title company which Mr Lawrence works for.
They do not have any money or means to close. Then at the 11th hour tried to renig on their offer & bait and switch me with some BS creative financing deal that they tried to slide in there. Do not do business with these shady characters. They are unethical!
