World Wide Auction Group Threatens customers, Very unprofessional Valley View Texas

I'm sort of new to auctions and have purchased items through this site before. I never had any issues until now. Having some experience with past auctions throug hthis company I noticed that lots that contain multiple items will usually have a notice in the decription stating that the bid is a "per item" or "per piece" bid. 

I was looking through a particular auction and noticed alot of lots that had multiple items. Nowhere in the description does it stated that you are bidding PER ITEM. I placed multiple bids on multiple lots at the same time (their site lets you do this) not knowing that I was bidding per item. I get the invoice in my email that stats and amount of around $1200. I realize the mistake I made and called them to let them know. Shaina was very polite and stated that I would have to contact the client about which I did. I dont know who I spoke to but the lady was not disrespectful but not happy about the situation.

Some time later Guy Hodges, the OWNER apparently calls me and leaves a voicemail (I dont answer calls from unknown numbers) very angrily says "I'm only gonna say this once, if you're not down there by 6 o clock to pick up your stuff, i'm gonna take this to the courthouse and you're a*s is going to jail. You're an idiot! you're going to jail."

I didn't bother to call him back to pursue an arguement as there is not real criminal liability in this situation. Hes just not a nice person who was tryign to intimidate me into paying for something when the description in the auction was misleading.

My bidding number was blocked but I wouldn't give any more of my money to this company anyways. For an actual owner to treat customers this way over a mistake says alot about his character. This is not the only auction house in texas. There are MANY others who would gladly fix the mistake for a customer just as I as a business owner would for mine. Lotsa luck Guy... not.
