Xceltrip doesn't provide any refund facility for failed booking. I tried to book ticket via Xceltrip and made bitcoin payment but due to some technical problem from there side my money got deducted without any booking, then i tried to contact the customer helpline portal via email and didn' get any reply back.

This is very disappointing. I would not suggest anyone to book any ticket with such fraud company.
