I hired a guy through thumbtack to fix my gutters when he came out he said he could paint my house and would give me a quote. He scheduled it the first week of May come Saturday he said he would be completely done in two hours but that the banks were closing early so he wanted me to pay him and he would return to complete it. He took 4940 dollars from me. Well he never finished it. He ghosted me won’t return my calls. I called customer service you can’t get through to anyone. I then called the state of Ohio and filed a complaint since this guy scams the elderly. I found out the company he is using on Thumbtack is not the company he works for he works for Apex exterior solutions which has horrible reviews. Truly horrible customer service.
