Mr. Moffett not only stole my retainer of $7,500, he did absolutely ZERO work on my case while I lost Dividend earnings of $500 while he held my money and did absolutely nothing.  Mr. Moffett never returned one phone message or email.  In fact, I have NEVER received a phone call, email or mail notification of one single document.  Others have made similar complaints; however, mine is the most severe as my $7,500.  Of court the procrastination and delays resulted in expiration of statute of limitations.  This was a Succession case therefore the day allowed money to be laundered and dissapted.
