I bought a Zhiyun Crane 3s that was did not work, and an arm was not machined correctly, so unable to balance gimbal. I went to Zhihun support on Facebook and tried to get support and emailed for help many times and no answer. Finally when I threatened them with Attorney General report in IL they responded.
