We have resolved our issues

Update concern slanderous and defaming comments by Zion's attorney Joseph K. Watts.

Dr. Watts has stated" Apparently, Mr. Swonke has now stopped taking the medication that has no doubt been prescribed to him to prevent psychotic and hallucinogenic states of mind" this was filed in a court pleading on August 27th. Screen shots of pleadings attached.

Watts has also stated I that I lied, well typically that's the tactic of a known liar. Ask his former employer/partner that pursued him for his egregious actions.

Joseph K. Watts has done nothing but personally attack me throughout this rigged process.

At the end of my deposition, Watts cussed me and through a fit.

This attorney does this at the behest of his client Zion Builders, LLC - Mr. Tyler Logeman and Jim Logeman ( Tyler's father), which is the guy paying the bill.

Zion Builders, LLC is threatening to sue for libel over our Yelp review.

Their attorney Joseph K. Watts claims they completed the repairs 2 months ago, which is false.

Zion did just what they wanted to because the warranty company no longer controls the process the arbitration company (DeMars and Associates) does. Of course, they want another fee to come look at our house to prove our pictures are correct but they are the same from before but taken again when time expired.

We have inquired and have up to a year to do the compliance inspection, which means Zion will still be liable for the repairs. However, Zion could do their own compliance inspection and pay the fee to prove us wrong but they know they haven't completed the work, so they just whine and complain about our displeasure with their work and do everything they can to keep from doing the work, which would make everything go away.

This hardly seems like an honorable way for a bible teacher to run his business. We can prove our case, if any one would like to see it first hand. We will keep updating this to make sure he doesn't do this to anyone else.

Tyler Logeman is the owner and the most dishonest person I have ever met. His so called personal convictions are a ruse. Do not trust anything he tells you.

Tyler was Court Ordered to repair the deficiencies in our home he did just what he wanted and the warraty people will not make him comply. 2-10 HBW

We have been a 2 1/2 year battle with this builder and everytime he makes a repair it is worse than before. I believe he does it on purpose.

In our home doing repairs, he was disrespectful.
