Incharge Debt Solutions , The solution they have to debt is sweep it under the rug! Orlando Florida

I joined debt management with Incharge in October 2004. I was told my cc debt would be paid off in 6 years 1 month under their supervised program. I paid for 34 months at $1058 a month. During this time I noticed my American Express bill was never matching to their invoice. I contacted them numerous times and was told each time that I was to pay attention to Incharge invoices concerning American Express because it was correct and American Express would continue to show increases but would eventually just wipe the debt free.

I was quoted a interest rate with Incharge almost 11 percent less than I was actually being charged. I was issued a scheduled pay off page that showed my debt dwindling down and American Express being completely paid in full in Febuary 2009. The balance kept rising and so did the interest. I would try and contact the cc companies who would tell me that since the program was in debt management I needed to have Incharge contact them concerning anything to do with my account. I would call Incharge and get the same story, watch their monthly statement for the correct balance.

I finally got someone to talk to me in August 2007 and I stopped making payments to Incharge. My balance had increased from just under $10,000 in the beginning to well over $15,000 and I was told that I indeed owed $15,000 and Incharge had only settled for an interest payment each month and let the principal balloon over the time allowed. In other words I would be owing twice what I owed in the beginning and everything I paid would have been in vain!

I have paid all this money for 34 months and it has did me no good. I am in worse shape now than I was in the beginning and it is forcing me to mortage my home again to get out of debt.

Incharge is a fraud. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Orlando, FL and with the Federal Trade Commission. I will be filing a report with my local police department as well. They debted the money from my checking account for 34 months and I have nothing to show for my efforts, but a higher debt, higher interest and less money! They are a rip off!!
