I bought a 1 oz platinum american eagle coin july 2015 and I have not heard back from these folks, I have phoned and emailed them repeatedly and get no answer. Over 1 year and no call backs.

Very easy for someone to trash your business by leaving an anonomous claim on this website. The minute a claim is made the cleaning companies hit your email like flies to honey. So someone makes a fake claim and we receive 11 emails to pay them to wipe it clean. And look at the name of the complainer. Very persuasive trying to kill our business, without any penalty. Probably a competitor or a cleaning company. Amazing.
