As a matter of fact, the website showed $9.99 shipping. It wasn't until I was sent back to the website from PayPal that I saw the actual shipping charge.

Yes you do need to say more. Such as since you are informed of the shipping BEFORE you finalize your purchase, how come you still went through with it if you felt it was too high?
