As stated by the previous posters, we too paid Christian Stomsvik to photograph our wedding in 2007 and have yet to ever receive a single photo, album, or thank you card from our photo package. After the wedding we recieved the link to the website hosting the proofs, but scheduling a time to meet with Christian to pick out shots for prints and the album proved to be difficult. Soon we were only able to leave voicemail messages and emails that were scarcely returned. The worst part of the situation was the sporadic times he would reply, only to have one conversation where no resolution was made, but a promise that we would be able to speak soon to set up a meeting where my wife and I could both attend, but alas further attempts to contact him would be fruitless. Either we would leave a message that would not be returned, be faced with a full inbox and not be able to leave a message at all, or send countless emails where he would not reply for great deals of time. After years of chasing I was all but ready to lose hope, but finding these reports here have given me a second wind. It's been five years and counting and I have not been able to simply recieved items that I have already paid for, in full.

I also, became livid after my pictures for a project never came. I called and called no answer. Christian Stomviks wife answered and simply said, "I'm sorry, but he had a heart attack and he's in the hospital".
Being the jerk that I am, I called and threatned and harassed them... but the man really did have a heart attack and really was unable to work! Today, I feel terrible about how nasty I was to him and his family. I selfishly antagonized them over the abnormally long wait time for my pictures, while his family feared losing a beloved husband and father of two.
It took a long time to recieve my purchase but, it was worth the wait because they are truly exceptional and I'm glad we didnt lose such a great talent by an unfortunate and unexpected health setback. Christian is a True Artist, & a One man show. I loved his work so much that we hired him again 2x more.
