1199 SEIU Columbus Ohio No Representation Despite Union Due Payments Columbus Ohio

As determined by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Unemployment, following hearing, there existed a no cause termination in which Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections -CRC lacked cause to terminate me as a public employee. The 1199 SEIU collective bargaining unit, despite the filings if numerous grievances (all available for review), refused to address many of the issues, most importantly the matter involving the loss of my job without cause. Given no person appears to have concern for this issue that injured me severely relative to mental anguish and stress Vivaldi the creation of a tremendous financial hardship. The 1199 SEIU has not reached out to offer me a civil service position comparable to the alternate in which I was wrongly terminated from, or offer my back pay for a position which was seized without cause. The public platform has to be the approach in giving notice of the actions of certain governmental agencies and the collective bargaining units that actually do not serve the interest of the wronged public service employee.
