I bought 123Copy DVD and installed it on my computer. The program would not load up. I immediately contacted 123CopyDVD support. Live chat was not available, though support did answer back by email. Their answer was at best generic and totally unhelpful. Tried contacting them again but all forms of contacting them have been shut down on their website. I sent back their product with all they required and waited eight weeks for a refund. No refund has been sent. I called their website number and no one responded except for voicemail. I left a message for them to call me back and no response. Stay away from this company because they're selling bad products and ripping people off.
