This SCAM outfit has Buffalo address but operates from India. Cameras are only SHELLS no lens no operating parts. Other names Chris, Ray, Raheem. Got me for $210.00

I have purchased multiple DVRs & more than 70 cameras for my business. They are good quality products and support has been good. Sounds to me like a competitor is trying to give them a bad name.

I purchased a 16 Channel Ultimate DVR approx 4 weeks ago. Shipment arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised. The unit works well and the tech support team has been very helpful. No scam here!

I got my equipment and always had great customer support. Got exactly what ordered and I paid for. Makes not difference if the company is from India or other place if they deliver what you paid for. I always had a great experience with them. They had better price, better warranty and better support than other companies I used before.
