Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Click4advisor states that a credit can be issued if one is unsatisfied with a reading within 48 hours of it. I did this, and they ignored many emails about my complaint and never credited me. My call was about making a decision, this advisor(Aleta)gave reasons as to why it was ok to go a certain direction, and did not advise me to hold back. Naturally, I went forward, and suffered painful consequences. They keep your money no matter what. Very shocking as they seem very kind and caring and already make $6 ....a minute!!....crazy money!! Theres no need for them to be greedily unfair!

I wasn't going to speak up here but here is the case of someone who had called this trusted Advisor several times and has never complained and the reason is that Aleta is a remarkable and very meticulous advisor. If this was such a life changing decision, why would you only allow the call to be 5 minutes long because surely 3 of those minutes required you to do some explaining. So Aleta was expected to give you strong, solid, life changing advice in less than 5 minutes? Amazing. Then you call for a refund and without hesitation you get one, don't notice it and come here to call us greedy. And once you realized that we did give you what you wanted, you didn't come back here to make a correction, you just left it. I am sorry you got hurt by your choice, but you set that entire thing up, and then blamed the advisor and us.
