I used 1-800-Pack-Rat for storage of a three bd home for two years 10-09 to 10-11 this was was a clement control place when we went to get our items out of storage there was no one there to meet the moving company or us for hours. When units were opened it was all in disarray I have many items damaged or distorted. Have talk with a Mr Steve Yokey with the company one time and now no one will return our calls e-mails or anything. Total rip off and all so had three inches of dust on every thing .Very disappointed and pissed.

True. It's no one's fault but yours. And by the way, it would definitely help if you were to learn the English language.

Pack Rats supplies you with a portable storage unit. Let's review that word "portable." This means that after you put your items in the unit, the unit will be moved. It may be moved multiple times, even if you were to load and unload it at their warehouse.
Your pictures indicate that you did not pack a lot of your stuff. By pack, I mean put things like your stereo in a box with sufficient padding. No reasonable person would ever assume that a portable unit will never be tilted. You did not take any care in packing your belongings so that they would not be damaged when the unit tilts. You just set unpacked stuff inside the unit and just assumed that nothing would ever fall over.
There are moving companies out there who will -- for a much higher price -- pack, move, and store your stuff. You chose to go the do-it-yourself route. This leaves only you to blame for your negligence.
