1800Accountant 800accountant Not worth the money New York New York

I am struggling trying to run a small business. I sought the help of 800accountant as a referral thru LegalZoom after I had given up on local CPA and accountants. I thought this would give me access to the experts. I was charged $2300 for access to a fancy portal and a couple of email with an accountant. I did not understand their industry verbage and still am not clear about what to do. 

My problem is that 30 days is not enough time to evaluate if a buisness is going to deliver what they said they would when it is this type of profession. We are not ordering a kit or product, we are to submit documents that require time to research, analyse and build a plan to move forward. It took two weeks to finally get to talk to someone and failed to see that I had uploaded my documents for review. By the time I realized that I was not getting anything in return it was too late to cancel. So I made a big $2300 mistake. 

Don't do it! Don't spend your money here. Needless to say I cancelled my monthly subscription but am going to bug them everyday until I feel I got my money's worth.
