Placed my order. They deducted my funds. Was told they were shipped. 2 weeks later still no product. Customer service is very bad. Online chat service is never on. They do not return phone calls.

Still very rude people. Made me pay for shipping more defective tablets back 2 weeks ago I sent one back and was never contacted until I contaced my lawyer and a 3rd complaint to the BBB. My tablet was shipped back on the 13 of Jan.

They Ripped Me Off Again

I did get my 3 tablets. They are QVC buyouts. Website claims 2.0 Android. They have 1.6. One was defective. I had to pay to ship it back. This was all after threatening to contact my lawyer. 2 weeks later I got my replacement.
It was not even the type I got in the first place. Also it was defective. Made a buzzing noise at boot up. No homescreen, no serial number. It is useless. I recommend to never, never buy from 1800electronics.com.
I am keeping this tablet and all communications for the last month with them for evidence. I have now filed 2 complaints with the BBB.
