1800electronics.com Sent faulty tablets and poor customer service Internet, Internet

I ordered two tablets that were promised to be here by Christmas, one arrived two days before and the other arrived three days after christmas.  During the process we tried to contact customer service and out of thirty calls, only one was successful and they all they told us was "we promise it will be there by christmas".

I spoke with the postal service and the postmaster said he knew the owner of 1800electronics.com personally.  He said this was not unusual, that the owner will run a business like this for a few months, then he will shut down, change address and open another business in a few months.

I could have dealt with this better if the products were for me personally but they were for my children.  I hope and pray that this man is caught and charged with fraud.
