They offer you a free trial. Well you do pay shipping in the amount of $6.99. Then you are sent additional product included with the trial. You are to call and get authorization in 14 days if you want to return the extra product.

I received my product on December 11, 2004. I filled out an online cancel/return form on the 21st because my teeth are too sensitive for the product. (This would be 10 days) I receive a reply that states my account has alread been charged because they shipped it 14 days ago.

I was given a phone number to call to speak with a manager because they could authorize the credit. When I finally reached a manager I was told that they would not issue a credit as I had had 9 days to try the product. I told him I was not going too pay for something I could not use. He basically said he didn't care, that it was policy.

I informed him that I would dispute the charge. He told me to go ahead and do that because he would not credit my account.

Are we to be responsible for the time it takes to get something via USPS? What if you were on vacation, sick, in the hospital, family emergency etc.

Free Trial Expirations are Billed 21 Days after the Shipment Date

AUTHOR: Angella - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, February 21, 2005

Upon ordering a trial of Arctic White, our customers are sent the system in its entirety. Three of the 10 daily packs are free to try during the 14 day trial period, and as long as the customer notifies customer service within this time frame and returns the remainder of the product, their account will not be charged.

We bill trial expirations 21 days after the product leaves our warehouse with USPS. As our free trial is 14 days, this allows 7 days for USPS to ship the product. Please note: products generally arrive sooner than 7 days.

We apologize if you have encountered difficulties with this offer, but you certainly should not have been billed 9 days into the trial period. Please call customer service to confirm the shipment and trial expiration billing dates.

We apologize for the misunderstanding.
