1and2 AUTOMOTIVE I bought a car 01/29/2016 -2004 Nissan Maximum it's 03/09/2016 and this place took me for 3500 hundred dollars. My insurance on the car lapsped and this company repo my car. Went to go pay the insurance and they tell me they don't want to do business with me anymore and takes my car and money or bring them 9000 dollars in cash. PLEASE need help... Dallas Texas

 This company has took 3500 hundred dollars from me less than a month. I couldn't get my car back after gone in to get it and pay the insurance. Was told to bring, 9000 dollars in cash after having the car a month.

 It was YOU who failed to maintain the required insurance. If you read the contract, you would see this requirement. Since you defaulted on the contract by this fact, they have the right to not do business with you because they don't trust you. NO RIPOFF HERE -- Complainer failed to maintain required insurance thus defaulting on the contract.
