  Please do not shop at 1 and 2 automotive this has to be the worst dealership I've ever been to. Let's start with their system they don't allow you to even look at the cars until all of your paperwork is done. When you ask them they refused to show you the cars due to their system and they promise it's because they want to get you in and out within an hour. I had found my car on craigslist the price of the car was advertised at $9999 these people had the nerve to pad my contract an additional $8000 in which they changed the paperwork after the fact because I myself saw the price is $9999 I certainly would not of signed the papers at $17,888. To make matters worse when I finally did view the vehicle the paint was peeling on the front and the rear latch to my trunk does not work as a realtor that's a nightmare. My salesman Bob Shoemaker assured me that the dealership or take responsibility for this and fix it of course that was just lipservice. So now I have fake paperwork that they forged with no proof except the fact that I had a person with me who also saw the papers I saw showing the price is $9999 they won't get away with this
